Location: The French language school in Lyon is located on an isthmus surrounded by two rivers in the heart of Lyon. Our school is in a beautiful 19th-century building next to the Rhone River in the downtown area. We are just steps away from the city’s biggest square and its numerous restaurants and cafes and close to the most popular pedestrian shopping area. Metro and bus stations are only a five minute walk away.
Facilities: The school has 12 roomy and well lit classrooms, each with a fireplace and high ceilings. We have free internet and wi-fi access.
Teachers: All French language teachers are university educated and hold teaching credentials.
Materials: Included with tuition.

French Courses in Lyon
Booking fee: 75 EurosClasses per week: Individual , Group 20h , Group 25h , Group 30h
Lessons: Individual - 60 minutes; Group - 45 minutes.
Class size: Maximum of 12.
Start Dates: French courses in Lyon start every Monday if you already know some basic French (up to elementary level). Absolute beginners must start on the following dates: Jan 10, Feb 28, May 30, July 4, Aug 1 & 29, Nov 7. There will be no lessons on the following holidays April 5, June 2 & 13, July 14, Aug 15, Nov 1 & 11.
Includes: Tuition, learning material, assessment test, certificate, social program, student card and taxes, enrolment fee, opportunity to take TCF and TEF exams, which are recognized by the French Ministry of Education as standards of fluency; each week we organize several cultural and social activities to enhance your learning experience.
Specialized: DELF, TCF, and TEF exam prep, and French for 50+, French and cooking, French and wine tasting.

Language learning and cultural activities

Each week the school in Lyon organizes several cultural and social activities to enhance your learning experience. Living with a French family provides the best cultural interaction and language practice available, should you choose this option.
