Samara has an interesting history dating back to the 14th century. Tolstoy and Lenin lived here among other very famous Russian people. Stalin had an underground bunker here during the war. Now the town is a center of high technology industry and higher education. The city is very picturesque, being situated on the banks of the Volga River. Our school integrates many cultural trips and excursions into the courses in order to bring you into direct contact with Russian history, culture and people. Some of these excursions include visits to museums, trips to the beach and countryside, etc.
